User-owned cable modem for Spectrum Internet Gig service
Ever notice you can buy your own cable modem, but you can only lease your set-top-box? The reason they had to allow CPE dealt with why you don’t have to lease your phones from the phone company anymore, it all fell under title II.

My opinion would be DOCSIS 3.1 should be the spec you need, but if Spectrum won’t approve it on their system, the point is mute. It sounds like the table is out-of-date, but that might be by design. Since Title II no longer applies, are isp’s in fact still required to approve CPE (customer provided equipment)?

Router required for Virgin Media modem
Do you have public web servers? What needs public routing? (I.e. why 5 routable static IP’s?).

Water Detection Sensor With Configurable Endpoint
@BennettYeo surprise, it basically exists. Not sure if it’s an exact fit for his need tho.

Water Detection Sensor With Configurable Endpoint
Check out WirelessTag.net. They do have a moisture (leak) sensor (click the Buy Now button to find—website organization isn’t their strong point). The only caveat is that there is dependency on wireless tags cloud server (no monthly fee tho). Using the kumoapps feature you can push data to your own server. I have 10 of the temp/humidity sensors.

Networking hardware that allows configuration of IP for each port
Almost any modern router, but you’ll need the hardware MAC address of the device being plugged in, do you know that?

Watch HD 1080p HDMI/VGA on Computer
I don’t actually know anymore, like I said it been awhile. I took a quick look on google, and even quick look in my junk parts, to see if I knew before I wrote the above comment. At the time I was trying to build an HD Windows Media Center computer. (My first media center computer was SD and worked awesomely). I finally gave up on the second and just leased the cable companies DVR, basically my only problem was video capture from HDMI, the test worked.

It’s really difficult to find “video capture from HDMI source”, which is what you’re looking for. I think it’s all about video copyrights and licensing. There are a few out there. I purchased two once, it worked ok for some channels (from cable) but not for others. It’s been awhile (years) so I don’t remember all the details that I once knew, but there are far more options for over-the-air video capture than “from HDMI” signal. The idea is they don’t want you to setup shop re-selling premium content.

Multi-WAN gigabit Router
Update: A month later I couldn’t be happier. I even added a script to the router to send me a push notification when cable internet goes down 👍

Set-up to quickly move from desktop to laptop and back
It’s not an answer because there is no specific product recommendation. I just pointed you to a class of products (KVM switches) and figured out what you meant by “non-VGA.” As far as specific products I’d have to go through iterations of “study it, order it, try it, return it, repeat”. I find I rarely pick the best first try. Wish our area still had brick and mortar computer stores like compUSA or Microcenter.

I just looked again first typing your monitor model number into google and seeing that it’s DVI and VGA video, so you must be using DVI (which is early HDMI). The starting a fresh google search and typing “dual monitor KVM switch” into google. I see that most of what’s found is DVI compatible. By the way if the letters KVM seem a bit mysterious they aren’t, they stand for Keyboard, Video, Mouse or KVM). You can also look for HDMI KVM’s and use DVI to HDMI and HDMI to DVI cables, that can get pricey quick tho—I’d try to stick with DVI for the KVM to save dollars. I have no specific picks.

You just need a dual monitor KVM switch, and then an Ethernet switch to turn one port into two. Your laptop may also have available a docking station to make it even easier. Google KVM switch.

Battery powered camera and transmitter for outdoor use
Long range WiFi and other wireless transmission requirements can vary by country. I’m guessing you’re outside the US since you specified meters. You should edit in your country for the best answers.

Also I’m not sure why the downvote here, it’s a valid on topic question that has answers, it’s not wish-ware.
