You don't buy a case that fits this cabinet, you buy a case and then build or buy a cabinet that can fit it. There is no case (even HTPC cases) that fulfill all of your requirements and measures 160mm tall. I mean jeez man you want 140mm intake fans? You're only leaving 20mm of total overhead in the chassis dimensions to barely fit in that cabinet! A 150mm cooler? You literally cannot do that, the backplate for the mobo, standoffs, and the mobo itself will easily combine for more than 10mm. What you are asking for doesn't exist because it's physically impossible.
@BenLeggiero You can configure custom RGB layout and key layout in the Windows, Android, or iOS apps. The settings are saved on board the keyboard itself, so you don't need the app running or anything. You'll juust need to have a device that can configure the board. Key layout settings are preserved even after hitting the reset button, RGB settings have to be reset manually with one of the apps as far as I can tell.
This question is branching out into software solution management, content management and delivery, network and hardware security, and possibly custom programming, all in addition to the hardware request. It is way beyond the scope of this forum. You might want to look into hiring someone since this is a business environment use case that we're looking at. Best of luck.
