I have these devices that use USB C-C to charge:

M1 MacBook Pro laptop

Of the 4 devices, only the MacBook laptop can use a USB C wall outlet power adapter (I use the official Apple power adapter).

This is the wall power adapter I am trying to use to charge the headphones and the baby sound machine (withvia a USB C-C to USB C-C cable), but it does not work...

My question is:
