Is labelled mAh on battery always higher than real capacity whether it only applies for cheap batteries from China?
I see that this battery is 8200 mAh, but capacity is above 5000 (see in "Specifications" tab. Or for example, somewhere I saw Laptop battery which is 7800 mAh but the real is 6000-6600 mAh.
