Which Raspberry Pi 4 compatible modem with SMS, MMS and Audio Voice

Question

I am looking for a decent, linux/rpi-compatible LTE/4G modem hat, with voicecalling, texting and MMS support that works in European Union countries.

I tried two shields:

• SIM7600E-H_4G_HAT https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/SIM7600E-H_4G_HAT
• Makerfabs/4G-LTE-Hat-For-Raspberry-Pi https://github.com/Makerfabs/4G-LTE-Hat-For-Raspberry-Pi

But both doesn't support MMS and the audio TTY isn't reliable with the last one.
